  • Wheat flour450 g
  • Milk250 ml
  • Organic yeast or use 200g of levain10 g
  • Sugar45 g
  • Salt10 g
  • Butter45 g
  • Wheat Flour for Sponge113 g
  • Sponge water113 ml
  • Egg1 unit(s)
  1. Mix the sponge ingredients in a bowl and add the yeast and sugar, cover with a clean cloth and let it rest for 30 minutes.
  2. Mix the flour with the salt and add it to the sponge, add the butter and milk, mix well and let it rest for 10 minutes, after the rest, knead the dough for 15 minutes, cover with a clean cloth and let it ferment for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  3. After fermentation, knead the dough for five minutes and transfer it to a greased shape (I use a suitable shape for the shape) with butter or oil and let it rest for another 45 minutes, brush with yolk.
  4. Preheat the oven to 180° for 30 minutes and place the bread in the oven for 45 minutes.
  5. Tips: you can make smaller buns from this same dough, make 50g cuts, model, brush with yolk and place in a greased shape, bake in the oven at 180° for 25 to 30 minutes
  6. Tips: you can also leave your bread to ferment for 12 hours to acquire more flavor, between these hours, knead three times.
  7. All the photos of this bread is the same recipe, what differs is the finishing of the decoration, you can brush yolk, sugar syrup, melted butter, sprinkle flour etc, several possibilities, have fun.
