  1. Prepare the homemade mayonnaise, the herb mayonnaise, the Homemade barbecue and the bacon jam (all recipes already published) and place them each in a bowl.
  2. Chop the lettuce, slice the tomato and onion, fry the bacon and arrange on plates.
  3. Also arrange the cheeses on plates.
  4. Place the cheddar cheese in a bowl.
  5. Place all the ingredients already mentioned on a table for your guests to help themselves.
  6. Leave the bottles of ketchup and mustard next to the ingredients.
  7. Handle the homemade burgers (recipe also published) and leave them on a cutting board next to the stove.
  8. Next to the burgers, leave a bowl with the eggs, another with the buns and a pot of butter.
  9. My tip is to put a little butter in a frying pan and toast the open bread. This prevents it from absorbing the other sauces and preventing it from becoming soggy.
  10. Fry each burger for 6 minutes on each side in hot oil.
  11. When you turn each meat, add the cheese of your choice and cover with a pan lid so that it melts.
  12. Build your sandwich of choice with the ingredients at the table.
