  • Mozzarella Cheese to taste
  • Butter1 dessert spoon
  • Egg1 unit(s)
  • Salt1 coffee spoon
  • Gum for Tapioca250 g
  • Grated Frescal Minas Cheese130 g
  • Milk90 ml
  1. Combine in a bowl: the ready-made tapioca gum, the corn starch, the grated Minas fresh cheese, the salt, the baking powder, the margarine and the egg.
  2. Stir everything super well and put the milk slowly and then keep stirring non stop.
  3. Place the dough in a bread pan that is already greased with oil, sprinkling the grated mozzarella cheese over the dough.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 35 minutes.
  5. Wait for it to cool down a bit, unmold and enjoy your sensational bread without wheat flour!
