  • Tuscan sausage300 g
  • French bread3 unit(s)
  • Parsley to taste
  • Chives to taste
  • Ora pro nobis to taste
  • Head of something1 unit(s)
  • Half onion1 unit(s)
  • Mayonnaise to taste
  • Mustard to taste
  • Ketchup to taste
  1. Remove the skin from the sausage and place in a bowl
  2. Finely chop the onion, garlic, chives, parsley and ora pronobis and mix in the sausage
  3. Add the mustard and ketchup to the sausage batter and mix well.
  4. Cut the French rolls in half, squeeze the core well and cover with the sausage dough. Cover well, do not leave pieces of bread showing
  5. Drizzle the sausage dough part with olive oil and place on the grill at medium temperature.
  6. After roasting the sausage, turn the bread over and place a layer of cheese on top of the dough, leave it just to heat the bread and melt the cheese.
  7. Serve it hot
