- Parmesan cheese to taste
- I cut the zucchinis in half and cooked them only with salt, until they are “al dente”. After they were cooked I removed the brains, stuffed the first layer with Mozzarella, then with the shredded and already seasoned chicken breast and finally the Parmesan cheese and green smell! I put it in a preheated oven at 180 degrees just to brown the cheese. And it's ready, it looks wonderful! ▶️Step to the side (step by step) *I always leave the chicken breast shredded and frozen to make it easier on a daily basis, always seasoned with corn, olives, peas, hearts of palm, chimichurri, pepperoni, lemon pepper and salt.*
