- Sliced cheese4 unit(s)
- Shredded chicken1 cup
- Grated carrot3 tablespoon
- Eggs2 unit(s)
- Seasonings to taste
- Tomato sauce to taste
- Cut the zucchini into 1cm wide slices
- Grease an ovenproof dish and place the zucchini, a layer of tomato sauce, a layer of shredded chicken and a layer of zucchini.
- Finish with tomato sauce and chopped cheese.
- Let it bake for 30 minutes and it's ready. If desired, sprinkle straw potatoes.
