Zucchini and carrot salad

Corte o bacon em pedacinhos, frite e reserve.

Cut the bacon into pieces, fry and set aside.

Com o óleo que fica refogue: a cebola e o pimentão.

With the remaining oil, sauté the onion and pepper.

Em seguida, acrescente a azeitona, a cenoura em tiras (cortada tipo macarrão) deixe cozinhar um pouco e acrescente a abobrinha (cortada tipo macarrão). Por último acrescente o tomate picado à mistura. Misture tudo e deixe por uns 2 min.

Then add the olive, the carrot in strips (cut like pasta) let it cook a little and add the zucchini (cut like pasta). Finally, add the chopped tomato to the mixture. Mix everything and leave for about 2 min.

Para finalizar retire do fogo e jogue o bacon frito por cima. 

Finally, remove from the heat and sprinkle the fried bacon on top.
