- I cooked the eggs for 8 minutes, peeled and cut in half. I cut the potato into thick slices and cooked until they were soft.
- I peeled the pineapple and cut it into slices, sliced the peppers and onion. Arranged in rows on a platter, finished with chopped chives.
- I served with a very basic sauce with just lemon, olive oil and salt.
