  • Cabbage1 unit(s)
  • Peeled Garlic1 unit(s)
  • Parmesan cheese200 g
  • Cashew Nuts100 g
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil50 ml
  • Chicken breast250 g
  • Salt and Black Pepper to taste
  • Burrata cheese1 unit(s)
  1. In a blender, beat: garlic, washed cabbage (with stalk), half of the grated Parmesan, olive oil and cashew nuts. If you notice that the mixture is a little consistent when you beat it, add a little ice (4 stones, one at a time) instead of water or oil. Reserve ;
  2. Season the chicken and steam or microwave. If you use the microwave, just place it in a pot or dish sealed with plastic wrap. And cook for 2 minutes. Unwrap and reserve;
  3. Cook whole-grain penne in plenty of water, lightly salted. Cool and reserve;
  4. Mix the chicken, penne and sauce, adjust salt and pepper and serve each dish with 1/4 of the burrata; Decorate with the herb available in your home.
