Penne Noodles (500g)
1 L of water for every 100g of pasta (cooking)
Cherry tomatoes, halved
Small cucumber sliced half moon
Broccoli flowers cooked al dente
Apple Cider Vinegar
Extra virgin olive oil
1/2 coffee spoon
In a large pot, add 1 L of water for every 100 g of pasta and cook according to package directions. Drain, cool in ice water and wrap in olive oil.
Transfer the Grano Duro Integrale Macaroni and the other ingredients to a salad bowl or serving plate and toss with the ingredients"
Mix the seasoning ingredients and serve in a separate gravy boat.
