Grated pitted black olives4 unit(s)
Goat feta cheese1/4 cup
Mint leaves10 unit(s)
Extra virgin olive oil1 coffee spoon
Fleur de sel to taste
Fresh ground pepper to taste

Cut the watermelon into cubes and remove all the seeds. Place the watermelon on a plate, add the feta cheese on top, breaking it with your hand, the sliced olives and the sliced mint. Season with olive oil, fleur de sel and ground pepper.
