Ingredients

• watermelon | 11/2 cup
• Grated pitted black olives | 4 unit(s)
• Goat feta cheese | 1/4 cup
• Mint leaves | 10 unit(s)
• Extra virgin olive oil | 1 coffee spoon
• Fleur de sel |  to taste
• Fresh ground pepper |  to taste

Recipe

1. Cut the watermelon into cubes and remove all the seeds. Place the watermelon on a plate, add the feta cheese on top, breaking it with your hand, the sliced olives and the sliced mint. Season with olive oil, fleur de sel and ground pepper.
