• Watercress |  to taste
• Gorgonzola Cheese |  to taste
• Nuts |  to taste
• Honey |  to taste

Recipe

1. Cut the pear into 3 layers, as in the photo. Drizzle lemon on the cut parts to prevent them from browning. Stuff with watercress, gorgonzola and walnuts. When finished, drizzle with honey or sauce of your choice.
