  1. Start with the leaves, wash in running water and then put a liter of water and a spoon of baking soda for 20 minutes, it will help to eliminate some pesticides
  2. Cook the sweet potato in a pressure cooker with just a finger of water, it will be almost steaming, as soon as it gives pressure, count just 2 minutes and turn off the fire. In another pan, cook the carrots.
  3. The chickpeas should be corn for at least 8 hours, ideal to put the night. After taking it out of the sauce, cook it in a pressure cooker with water and salt.
  4. After everything is ready, assemble your salad as shown in the photo. This salad is rich in protein because of the chickpeas. Use it as a main dish
