- Cooked chickpeas1/2 cup
- boiled sliced carrots3 tablespoon
- arugula1 to taste
- boiled sweet potato slices1 to taste
- Start with the leaves, wash in running water and then put a liter of water and a spoon of baking soda for 20 minutes, it will help to eliminate some pesticides
- Cook the sweet potato in a pressure cooker with just a finger of water, it will be almost steaming, as soon as it gives pressure, count just 2 minutes and turn off the fire. In another pan, cook the carrots.
- The chickpeas should be corn for at least 8 hours, ideal to put the night. After taking it out of the sauce, cook it in a pressure cooker with water and salt.
- After everything is ready, assemble your salad as shown in the photo. This salad is rich in protein because of the chickpeas. Use it as a main dish
