- First cut the vegetables into pieces.
- Then wash them removing all kinds of dirt.
- Then cook the egg and in another pan cook the vegetables.
- After cooking, drain the water and wash again and set aside.
- And in another pan put the oil, garlic, salt and onion and add the carrot and give it a sauté.
- And then turn off the fire and put it together with the vegetables, stir all the ingredients and then taste it.
