Iceberg Lettuce

Comecei lavando o alface e deixei escorre a água. 


I started washing the lettuce and let the water drain.


Depois descasquei a manga e cortei em pedaços pequenos .

Then I peeled the mango and cut it into small pieces.

Em uma vasilha coloquei o alface picado e a manga. 
Temperei com sal , pimenta do reino e azeite .

In a bowl put the chopped lettuce and mango.
Seasoned with salt, black pepper and olive oil.

Mexa bem para pegar o temperos . 
E por último coloquei molho Rose aquele pronto . E servir 

Stir well to get the seasonings.
And finally I put Rose sauce that ready. and serve
