Vinegar2 tablespoon
Olive oil2 tablespoon
Melon3 tablespoon
Pineapple4 tablespoon

Arugula3 cup
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste

Wash and dry the arugula
chop the fruits
In a bowl, mix the jam, olive oil, vinegar, garlic (chopped) until it forms a creamy and homogeneous sauce and season with salt and pepper.
Cut the cheese into cubes and season with honey, salt and pepper then brown in olive oil and set aside
Cut the onion and make it thin and leave to soak in ice water for 10 minutes and drain.
Assemble the salad as you prefer, add the cheese and finish with the dressing.
