- Clean and wash the lettuce well and put it to drain.
- Then wash the strawberries and cut in half.
- Peel the mango and cut into cubes of about 2 cm each
- Peel and slice the red onion into julienne
- Remove the stalks from the lettuce leaves and assemble the salad.
- To serve, make a natural yogurt sauce, a little yellow mustard and olive oil. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
