- Olive oil200 ml
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Parmesan1 tablespoon
- Nuts1 tablespoon
- Blend the fresh basil, olive oil, parmesan and walnuts in a food processor (you can choose to buy the pesto ready-made) as it can also be made with arugula
- Cut the tomato into slices season with salt and black pepper and finish with the pesto
- A few basil leaves to garnish and serve
