- Olive oil200 ml

- Cut the tomatoes in half or if you prefer, use them whole.
- Put them in a bowl
- Throw in 150ml of the oil, then the salt and sugar. Mix
- Cut the garlic as you see fit and add it to the bowl. Add rosemary and pepper to taste. Throw in the other 50ml of oil. Mix everything together and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees. Place the bowl in the oven and leave for 40 minutes.
