- Wheat for kibbeh1 cup
- Warm water1 cup
- Chopped Tomato1 unit(s)
- Chopped Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Chopped Cucumber Pickles1/2 cup
- Mint1/2 cup
- Parsley1/2 cup
- Black pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- Olive oil to taste
- Lemon1/2 unit(s)
- In a bowl, place the wheat and water and let it hydrate. Approximately 10 minutes. No need to drain.
- Then add the tomato, onion and pickle and mix.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Also add the chopped parsley and mint.
- Mix and drizzle with olive oil and the juice of half a lemon.
- Serve immediately.
