- Wheat for hydrated kibbeh50 g
- Lemon juice20 ml
- Onion50 g
- Cucumber50 g
- Olive oil20 ml
- Fresh mint5 g
- Salt to taste
- Cut the onion and cucumber into brunoise (small cubes), mix with the previously washed and hydrated wheat. Add the chopped parsley and mint. Add the diced tomato and season with salt, olive oil and lemon juice. Note: you can also make pita bread dough (as shown in the photo) as a side dish. It's not mandatory to do, it's just a tip I'm giving.
