- Cauliflower2 cup
- Vegetable oil1/4 cup
- Salt to taste
- Green Spice to taste
- Water1/4 cup
- Cut the potatoes into cubes and heat until cooked, but not falling apart. Book them.
- Now let's make the mayonnaise: in another pan, cook the carrots and cauliflower until soft.
- Place the carrots and cauliflower in a blender with the cooking water (just enough to blend) and salt. Beat until it becomes a homogeneous cream.
- Gradually add the oil until you reach the velvety consistency of mayonnaise.
- Transfer the boiled potatoes to the refractory, pour the mayonnaise and mix. Finish with green seasoning and take it to the fridge until it's time to consume.
