- Honey1/2 tablespoon
- Chili Pepper1 tablespoon
- Cut the cucumber into thin slices on a mandolin, sprinkle with salt and leave on a sieve to drain the water.
- Wash the cucumbers well and season with soy sauce, honey, salt and red pepper
