- Gorgonzola (good quality)1/2 cup
- Coarsely grated rapadura (good quality)1/2 cup

- First, clean all the ingredients from the garden.
- On a fine grater, grate cabbage, carrots, onions and place in a deep bowl. Chop the apple very small and place it in a separate bowl, add the lemon juice while preparing the other ingredients. In the large bowl, place the salt, olive oil, black pepper, gorgonzola crushed with a fork, raisins, chives and parsley, tomatoes and add the mango, stir to incorporate the ingredients. Now, drain the chopped apple that was immersed in the lemon juice and add it to the bowl with the other ingredients. Put the mayonnaise, mix again, try the salt at that moment, if you need to hit it. At the end the cream should be added and stir gently. Refrigerate for at least two hours before serving. Finish when serving with the coarsely grated brown sugar.
