- Wash the lettuce very well, drain all the water and add it to a refractory in an organized way.
- Cut the cherry tomatoes into two parts (already washed) and arrange them in a decorated way over the lettuce leaves
- Add the chopped mango in an organized and decorated way
- Pour the raisins spreading all over the plate
- Add peanuts to taste
- Add the mozzarella in an organized way so that it is well decorated
- Add the lemon, oil and salt to your taste and it is ready to serve.
