- Mozzarella Cheese20 g
- Salt1 to taste
- Pepper1 to taste
- Sauté the duck meat in a non-stick skillet without oil.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Reserve.
- Cut the tomato caps and remove the pulp and fill with a little cheese+duckling+grated cheese+mangericao if you want.
- Place in the oven until the cheese melts.
