- Pink lemon1 tablespoon
- Olive oil to taste
- Salt to taste
- Clean the cauliflower and broccoli, separate the bouquets and steam for about 5 to 7 minutes using a couscous pan or a cooking basket.
- Wait for the cauliflower and broccoli to cool to room temperature. Transfer to a plate, mix well and add the tomato and onion strips and stir more.
- Add the juice of half a pink lemon, olive oil and salt to taste, mix to spread the seasoning well, let the salad cool in the fridge if you prefer and the steamed broccoli and cauliflower salad is ready.
