- quail eggs1 to taste
- ricotta cream or sour cream1/2 unit(s)
- shown1 tablespoon
- salt1 to taste
- dehydrated herbs1 to taste
- pepper1 to taste
- with the fork mix the leek with cabbage, spices, corn, grated carrot and onion. Then add the ricotta cream and mustard. Adjust the seasonings. Lastly, add the eggs and tomato.
