  • Soybeans1 cup
  • Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
  • grated carrot1 unit(s)
  • Mayonnaise1/3 cup
  • Olive oil1 tablespoon
  • Chopped tomato1 unit(s)
  • Salt to taste
  • Basil1 tablespoon
  • Natural Yogurt1 unit(s)
  1. Soak the soy beans for a day
  2. Drain the soy beans and put them in a pan, cover with water and let it cook for about 1 hour. Once ready, book
  3. In a food processor, blend the yogurt, basil, salt and mayonnaise.
  4. In a bowl mix the mixture with the chickpeas, add the grated carrot and tomato
  5. Mix well and serve
