- This recipe is too simple! Are you having barbecues? Then take a pan with a lid, put 1L of olive oil and place the charcoal on fire with a spatula.
- Note 1: it is important that the lid seals well, so that the smoke does not go away. After straining I like to put the oil in the sprayer to improve its use.
- Note 2: You can use it on meats, vegetables and etc... THE IMPORTANT THING IS THAT YOU KNOW THAT IT WILL GIVE A SMOKED TASTE IN THE PREPARATIONS.
- Note 3: If you want, also put 1 squeezed garlic and 1 sprig of rosemary in the pan. Stay top!
- Note 4: If you are not making barbecues, don't worry, you can do it in the oven, but it will take a while for the charcoal to become red hot.
