- Seasonings | to taste
- Cut all the vegetables into coarse cubes.
- Cook all vegetables for 15 minutes
- Place on the platter that will serve the cooked vegetables.
- Season with olive oil, lemon, parsley, salt, pepperoni and garlic and onion powder
