- iceberg lettuce1 unit(s)
- grated carrot2 unit(s)
- grated beetroot1 unit(s)
- skinless and seedless tomato1 unit(s)
- Onion, sliced or chopped1 unit(s)
- Salt1 teaspoon
- Pinch of sugar1 unit(s)
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil1 tablespoon
- Vinegar1/2 tablespoon
- Wash all ingredients well
- Tear the lettuce leaves to make them smaller. Grate the carrots and beets. The tomato, after being without skin and seeds, must be chopped. The onion can be cut into pieces or slices, as you prefer. Put it all together.
- SAUCE: Combine the sugar, salt, oil and vinegar in a cup.
- Mix well with a spoon and pour over the salad.
- Ready!
