Descasque as batatas e corte em cubos pequenos;

Peel the potatoes and cut into small cubes;

Encha uma panela com água, leve ao fogo alto e deixe ferver;
Quando a água começar a ferver, abaixe o fogo, adicione as batatas e deixe cozinhar até que fiquem mais macias. Não deixe as batatas ficarem moles a ponto de fazer purês, elas só precisam ficar um pouco mais macias;

Fill a pan with water, place over high heat and bring to a boil;
When the water starts to boil, lower the heat, add the potatoes and cook until soft. Don't let the potatoes get so soft they can be pureed, they just need to be a little softer;

Escorra toda a água, transfira as batatas para uma travessa e comece a temperar;

Drain all the water, transfer the potatoes to a platter and start seasoning;

Adicione sal a gosto, azeite a gosto (coloquei 1 e 1/2 colher de sopa), alho amassado e o suco de 1 limão. Misture bem;

Add salt to taste, olive oil to taste (I added 1 and 1/2 tablespoon), crushed garlic and the juice of 1 lemon. Mix well;

Tampe e deixe gelar na geladeira;
na hora de servir adicione cebolinha e salsinha a picada;
Dica: Também fica bem saboroso adicionando cebola fatiada;
Sirva!
