- Recipe
- Noodles500 g
- Mozzarella200 g
- Parsley to taste
- Chives to taste
- Mayonnaise6 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Cook the pasta with salt and water as usual, once cooked, drain normally.
- Then mix the finely chopped or grated mozzarella, parsley, chives and mayonnaise mix well.
- After everything is well mixed, add the noodles and mix well again, then just serve.
