- Mayonnaise300 g
- Canned corn1 unit(s)
- Egg3 unit(s)
- Oregano to taste
- Salt to taste
- Peel the potatoes and carrots and cut into cubes.
- Put to cook for about 15 minutes. Test with a fork, after cooking, drain the water and let it cool.
- Then cook the eggs, remove the shell and cut into cubes or slices if you prefer.
- In a container, place the carrots, potatoes and eggs already cold and season to taste with salt and oregano (you can use other seasonings if you wish)
- Add the largest and stir gently so as not to mash the potatoes and eggs.
- Place in the fridge for at least 1 hour before serving.
