  • Chopped tomato2 unit(s)
  • Chopped onion1 unit(s)
  • White wine vinegar2 tablespoon
  • Extra virgin olive oil200 ml
  • Boiling water1 l
  • Cold water1 l
  • Ice100 g
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Coriander to taste
  1. Prepare a vinaigrette sauce with tomatoes, onion, vinegar, olive oil, salt, pepper and coriander.
  2. Cook the seafood in boiling water for 5 minutes.
  3. Remove the shellfish from the boil and immediately place them in cold water with ice to give them a thermal shock.
  4. Drain the seafood and mix it with the vinaigrette.
  5. Let it rest for at least 1 hour.
  6. Serve with sliced ​​French bread. Very tasty and refreshing.
