- Tomato1 unit(s)
- Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Salt1 to taste
- Oregano1 coffee spoon
- Black pepper1 to taste
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- White Vinegar2 tablespoon
- Cut the onion in half and pass through the vegetable slicer to get very thin. Soak the sliced onions in water for about 20 minutes, change the water twice or more in that time. Then drain well. This process makes the onion softer.
- Cut the tomato into quarters and then into very thin slices. Rinse the peas in water
