- Candied walnuts1/2 cup
- Red Onion1/4 cup

- Mustard2 tablespoon
- Apple Cider Vinegar2 tablespoon
- Salt and Black Pepper to taste
- Chop all the ingredients and place in a bowl. Place the sauce ingredients in a glass and shake until emulsified. Add to salad and mix.
