Roasted Red Cabbage

- Red Cabbage | 1/2 unit(s)
- Olive Oil | to taste
- Salt | to taste
- Seasonings of your choice | to taste
- Cut the cabbage into thick slices. Place them on a baking sheet, drizzle with oil, add salt and seasonings as desired. Bake in a preheated oven at 240 degrees for approximately 30 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
- Tip: if your oven has a gratin, turn it on in the last 15 minutes of the oven to make the cabbage even more crispy.
