- Roasted sirloin churras findi300 g

- cherry tomato10 unit(s)
- Chilean Nuts06 unit(s)
- Gorgonzola cheese100 g
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil1 tablespoon
- Butter with or without salt2 tablespoon
- Wash and cut curly lettuce leaves and cherry tomatoes.
- Chop the Chilean walnuts into pieces.
- Slice the roasted sirloin into very thin slices.
- Mix lettuce leaves and chopped cherry tomatoes.
- Mix the sirloin slices.
- Mix pieces of Chilean walnuts.
- In a non-stick skillet put 2 tablespoons of butter melt over low heat.
- Add gorgonzola cheese to melt for 2 to 3 minutes in the skillet.
- Pour gorgonzola cheese dressing over salad.
- Finish strands of extra virgin olive oil.
