  • Cup of wheat flour (tea)1 teaspoon
  • Tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese2 tablespoon
  • Cup of cooked rice (tea)2 teaspoon
  • Tablespoon of Baking Powder1 tablespoon
  • Oil for frying1 unit(s)
  1. In a container add the eggs, MAGGI MY SEGREDO, parsley, flour, grated cheese, rice and yeast. Mix well until smooth.
  2. With the help of 2 tablespoons (soup) shape the dumplings, drop portions of dough in the hot oil and fry until golden. Drain on absorbent paper and serve immediately.
