1 -Cenouras e batatas cozidas com água e sal na pressão.
 2-Após pegar pressão 10 minutos desligar deixe esfriar 
3- amasse a batata e a cenoura com um garfo coloque em um recipiente
4-   acrescente o azeite ,o milho ,três ovos picados grosseiramente,azeitona  maionese,  sal misture bem .
5-Experimente, se tiver bom de sal corte o restante dos ovos em rodelas e decore por cima humm.
