Recipe
- Remove all the tomato core and chop into cubes.
- Chop the onion into cubes
- Also chop the parsley very small.
- After having chopped them in a bowl add them and mix
- In a bowl, place the oil, lemon juice and vinegar and mix until creamy.
- Then add to the rest of the ingredients and mix.
