Potato salad with homemade mayonnaise

Batata
Cozinhar até o ponto em que o garfo fure a batata mas não desmanche.
Descascar as batatas e cortar em pequenos pedaços e colocar em uma vasilha.

Maionese caseira
Cozinhar 2 ovos junto com as batatas.
Descascar os ovos e usar somente a gema.
Usar a gema separada da clara de um ovo cru.
Colocar as gemas em uma vasilha e misturar com fouet(batedor de ovos), aos poucos colocar azeite(uma colher de sopa por vez) e ir misturando até ela ficar como um creme, adicionar uma colher de vinagre ou suco de limão e continuar a misturar.
A quantidade de azeite irá depender da quantidade de maionese que será necessário para sua salada.
Depois de pronta acrescentar sal a gosto e misturar.
Despejar a maionese e as ervilhas por cima das batatas e misturar.
Pode optar por colocar milho, cebola bem picadinha, tempero verde, cebolinha, ou o que for de seu agrado.
A Maionese pode ser feita para outros tipos de pratos também.
