Cook until the fork pierces the potato but does not break up.
Peel the potatoes and cut into small pieces and place in a bowl.
Cook 2 eggs together with the potatoes.
Peel the eggs and use only the yolk.
Use the yolk separated from the white of a raw egg.
Place the yolks in a bowl and mix with a fouet (egg beater), gradually add oil (one tablespoon at a time) and mix until it becomes a cream, add a spoon of vinegar or lemon juice and continue to mix. mix.
The amount of oil will depend on the amount of mayonnaise you will need for your salad.
Once ready, add salt to taste and mix.
Pour the mayonnaise and peas over the potatoes and mix.
You can choose to add corn, finely chopped onion, green seasoning, chives, or whatever you like.
