- Mayonnaise3 tablespoon
- Salt, Black Pepper1 to taste
- Chopped Parsley1 to taste
- Water for cooking1 to taste
- In a pan I put the water and the eggs to cook.
- Now in another I put the chopped potatoes and water. Add a little salt and let it cook until soft.
- Then in a bowl I put the boiled potato and the chopped eggs.
- I added the mayonnaise and the chopped parsley and the black pepper.
- Mix well and serve
