- Potatoes500 g
- Bacon100 g
- Mayonnaise1/2 cup
- Green smell to taste
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- In a pan with water cook the peeled potatoes cut into cubes until they are soft
- Fry bacon in a frying pan, no need to add oil
- In a bowl add the diced boiled potato season with salt and black pepper and add the mayonnaise
- Finish with bacon and green smell and serve
