- boiled and chopped eggs4 unit(s)
- large diced potatoes4 unit(s)
- chopped onion1 unit(s)
- mustard1 tablespoon
- mayonnaise1 cup
- lemon juice1/2 unit(s)
- olive oil to taste
- salt to taste
- green smell to taste
- diced bacon50 g
- Put the potatoes in a pan, cover with water and cook for 12 min. Drain the water and wait for it to cool.
- Combine all the ingredients with the potato, stirring gently.
- Fry the bacon cubes in a skillet and place over the salad to decorate.
- Serve next. BBQ accompaniment.
